In the industry, Katelyn has been contracted by Musework Exhibits to create large-scale illustrations, motion graphics, creative development, and presentations for museum clients. Currently on display are 4 large panel light boxes in the Great Hall of the Texas Science and Natural History Museum in Austin. Katelyn digitally painted all the environment assets, like trees and ferns, and assisted in final compositing and rendering.

In her personal work, she explores concepts of dissociation and identity fragmentation through handicraft as a medium. Currently, she is working to merge the two fields by converting 3d models and animations into embroidered frames. Her related body of work was shown in the Stark Gallery within TAMU’s Memorial Student Center.
